Domestic Shipping

For customers within Latvia, we utilize trusted carriers such as Omniva, DPD, and Latvijas Pasts. All orders will include tracking, ensuring you can monitor your shipment. Regular orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days after your purchase, excluding national holidays. For custom items, shipping times may vary based on the creation process.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by the postal service.

International Shipping

For international customers, we use standard International Mail for our shipments. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, as international shipping may take additional time.

As with domestic orders, we are not liable for any issues that arise during shipping, including losses or delays.

Customs Duties & Fees
